Role
- Prepare the software test plan
- Check/ Review the Test Cases document
- Prepare entire System testing plan and User Acceptance document
- Establish and maintain policy for documentation of all products
- Analyze requirements during the requirements analyses phase of the projects
- Orchestrate the delivery of software to customer visible environments
- Arrange the Hardware and software requirements for the test Setup
- Assign tasks, organize meetings, and train new members in the QA Team
- Provide the quality assurance strategy, related to all phases of product development.
- Directly supervise quality assurance team including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations
- Act as single point of contact between Development and Testers
- Track and report upon testi
