Role Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot reported cases by customers, develop a working solution and communicate a step-by-step "how to" procedure to the client and ensure appropriate follow up of issues till resolution
- Support building client knowledge of Murex application by contributing to gaps identification and training delivery for clients' support team and final end users
- Share acquired module specific knowledge with team members and across teams ensuring that this knowledge contributes to Murex evolution (MxPress, new developments...)
- Lead and actively contribute to internal streams: internal trainings, documentation writing, development specification writing, QA testing...
- Act as an expert on either Front Office, Back Office or Enterprise Risk Management modules and lead discussions with the business key people (traders, risk managers, Business Analyst)
- Interact with Murex with other teams (developers, product managers, consultants, operate, QA, release management) for the various missions assigned in order to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide feedback to team leader on progress of issues and tasks and escalate problems when necessary
- Contribute to implementations in the region in collaboration with "Customer Delivery Services" team
- Test new versions on client database and assist clients in the upgrade to new version
Profile
- Either Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering preferably in CCE or a Masters degree in Finance/ Business
- Financial Knowledge with a focus on at least one area such as Front Office or Back Office or Enterprise Risk Management related aspects
- 0 to 3 years experience in financial institutions, or banking sector, or software companies, etc...
- Good knowledge of technical environments such as SQL, XML, Unix
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and travel
- Excellent Command of English
- Communication skills both written and verbal
