Tasks
- Maintain a healthy friendly and professional atmosphere for the web developers (WD)
- Manage resources through hiring, training and retaining resources
- Responsible for in-house and external training on the newest technologies and Cold Fusion (CF) updates
- Ensure all overall deliverables are of high quality and on time
- Motivate the WDs and build a High Performance Team
- Standardize technical goals, job descriptions, and KPIs for the team and evaluate them
- Introduce and streamline procedures and standards for the WDs to follow in the development life cycle including documentation, development, testing and deployment
- Manage the communication between teams
- Introduce relevant technical research through internal and external training Standardize career paths
- Increase exposure and experience with other systems and technologies
- Responsible for long term planning of WDs in terms of resources and technologies used
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent is essential in IT related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in web and enterprise technology.
- Previous experience in working with large number of developers and in handling team problems.
- Have excellent communication skills.
