Technical Support Specialist - IDM - Lebanon

Description
- Supporting clients over the phone and by email
- Installing, configuring and supporting mail servers, proxy servers, LAN, WAN, WiFi, switches, modems, firewalls and related technologies.
- On site interventions & installations

Requirements
- Holder of TS or LT degree in Networking, Computer and Communication, or equivalent
- Fresh graduate
- Self motivated and self-learner, with the ability to work as a team member and under pressure
- Customer oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work after hours
- Driving license
- CCNA or MCSE is a plus
