- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field
- CCNP or equivalent with minimum three years experience
- Engineer corporate LAN as a hierarchical model with multiple Vlans using STP/VTP domains and routers
- LAN design and implantation (VLAN, STP, VTP)
- WAN administration (MPLS, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, Frame-Relay, ISDN, PRL, E10s, T1s, T3s)
- Security implementation (IPSEC, VPN, Encryption, SSL)
- Firewall setup (Watchguard, Fortinet, PIX, SEF)
- Network monitoring and management (Cisco Works, SNMP, TACACS, Radius)
