Responsibilities
- Analysis of information using various statistical methods, trying to see patterns in data
- Analyzes and reports on billing and financial data to determine aberrant numbers
- Support the analytics needs of a business unit by analyzing the web traffic using google analytics
- Creating dashboards by pulling data from different data sources for presentation to senior management team
- Web analyst will typically focus on multiple business unit websites and support all facets of the decision making platform. they will also work with the website technology team closely to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements
Deliverables
- Daily , weekly , monthly reports (Excel ,BI tools)
- Website behavior and customer experience analysis
- Data consolidation and validation
- Effective and persuasive presentations (Verbal and written) to project teams and business leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in computer science , MIS , or statistics
- Excellent experience in writing SQL queries
- Very strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical sources
- Handles multiple tasks , switches priorities and focuses as needed
