we are looking for a project coordinator to manage and lead strategic web projects.
As a candidate, you will be expected to:
- leverage a diverse range of skill-sets to scope, plan, deliver and report on a range of web projects.
- collaborate with colleagues such as copywriters, designers, photographers and web developers.
- In collaboration with the management team, you will be required to take the lead on scoping, planning and delivering projects to continually improve existing services.
Responsibilities
- Manage a range of web projects that vary in size and complexity.
- Develop project documentation and associated reports as appropriate to the assigned projects.
- Provide high-level strategic information to the leadership group and provide a leadership role in the development of strategies to address continued service improvement.
- Manage the communication and ensure any change associated with the project is also well managed.
- Communicate effectively with external organizations and clients.
- Providing consultancy and project management support to clients and colleagues.
Experience and Skills

Qualifications Required To be assessed via applicant's resume:
- Education and/or training in Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing or Business in conjunction with relevant experience.

Essential
- Experience in the use of systematic project management methodologies across a wide range of projects.
- Demonstrated high level of competence in interpersonal skills, consultation, negotiation and effective communication with the team and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake business analysis in areas of significant complexity and prepare reports, submissions and agreements of a complex nature.
- Evidence of the capacity to lead, encourage and work professionally with a small team of staff to ensure project outcomes and timelines are achieved.
Desirable
- Experience working for interactive media
- Knowledge of Internet technologies such as HTML, Flash, XML
