Business Analyst - BSynchro - Lebanon

Required Skills
- Understanding business process management & business requirements of the customers & translating them to specific software requirements.
- Assess, research, analyze & document business requirements
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle & Deployment Process
- Strong technical & communication skills with a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.

Required Experience
- 3 yrs' experience in software development, including development, project Management, Business analysis, UI design, Information architecture, data modeling,..., a minimum of 1 yr in a Business Analyst position.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test plans, test scripts, performing tests, & making plan modifications.
- Knowledge of SQL, UML models, use cases, business, functional, and non-functional requirements

Education & Certification
- BA degree in Computer Science/ CCE or equivalent
- MBA is a plus
