A help desk is an information and assistance resource that troubleshoots problems with computers or similar products- Corporations often provide help desk support to their customers via a toll-free number, website and/or e-mail.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting Microsoft Windows server OS.
- Knowledge and experience in managing Microsoft Active Directory Services and group policies.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft System Center and Infrastructure products (System Configuration Center, Operations Manager, Windows System Update Server, Microsoft Forefront….)
- Knowledge of Windows services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, etc…
- Knowledge and experience in managing VMW are and Windows HyperV virtualization services.
- Experience in running Microsoft Clustering Services.
- Knowledge of MS Exchange and SQL.
Requirements
- Able to organize and prioritize work in a multi-task environment.
- Able to meet deadlines, follow through commitment and take corrective action where appropriate.
- Effective written, oral and presentation skills
- Gender: Male
- Minimum Education Level required: Bachelor
