- Strong ability to conceive technical architectures based on Microsoft .NET technologies

- Ability to motivate a technical team and work with virtual development environments
- Ability to pinpoint new opportunities within existing accounts
Skills
Problem solving skills are a must. Webology requires someone who can prioritize effectively, with initiative, self-motivation, well-rounded understanding of systems architectures, ability to communicate with clients and lead a technical team.
Preferably someone who has worked with various technical platforms, with a good understanding of SQL, application framework and applications architectures.
