Business Analyst/Scrum Product Owner - Bsynchro - Lebanon

Bsynchro are seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum Product Owner to facilitate the creation of software product requirements, user stories, scope, requirements tractability, and test cases for the development of new .NET based applications.

Candidate will represent client requirements and will use best practice Agile/Scrum methods to capture requirements in user stories and facilitate sessions with developers to define the solutions strategies, and work with QA in managing requirements traceability.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in:
- Business user interviewing and facilitation of capturing user stories
- Business procedure analysis and documentation
- Requirements and Acceptance Criteria documentation
- Sprint scope definition and management
- Client management and customer communication
- Management reports definition and creation
- Product management experience
- Team management and Team Building
- Managing multiple backlogs of user stories
- Delivering successfully software projects (references of projects will need to be provided)

Additional Requirements
- Ability to interview business subject matter experts and clients to capture requirements and product feedback.
- Ability to quickly analyze, learn, and document new business processes and concepts
- Must be responsible for the success of the project the team delivers
- Must provide the vision about the product for the team
- Works well with executives to take big picture vision and with operations staff on detail oriented test cases.
- Able to represent Business Product owner in design and testing meetings.
- Continuously make decisions on the product priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel
- The ability to communicate effectively on all levels. This job requires that the person be a talented communicator
- Has to keep the financial situation of the project under close scrutiny
- Apply collaborative and continuous improvement concepts to software development
- Emphasize close collaboration between development teams and customers.
- Emphasize frequent delivery of deploy-able code (in sprints).
- Emphasize face-to-face communication
- Maintaining all requests, requirements, sprint plans, test cases, and bugs in Agile/Scrum tracking software.
- Must be able to change priorities easily, work on multiple tasks simultaneously, strive to meet timelines, make adjustments when necessary and work well under pressure as product goes through development process
