- Develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements.. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications as well as researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
- Assists in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments
- Ensures that the supported applications or software are healthy, properly managed and that the latest most appropriate version is installed
- Assists in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation
- Writes permanently, translates, and codes software programs and applications according to specifications
- Writes programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of company applications as necessary
- Recommends, schedules, and performs software improvements and upgrades
- Develops and maintains user manuals and guidelines
- Liaises with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues
- Follows security policy guidelines and deploy latest available security patches and latest
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software and web development
- Experience for 1 year minimum in Microsoft Dynamics AX – development, configuration and administration.
- Experience in ASP.NET/ VBSCRIPT/ JAVASCRIPT/ HTML, in conjunction with databases such as Oracle, SQL server.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management, especially Oracle & SQL Server
- ITIL knowledge preferable
