Monaqasat is looking for an IT Support Officer to join its newly created Beirut design office. The successful candidate(s) will work together with the CTO to help us improve every aspect of Monaqasat and would be key in helping us testing and developing exciting new features we’ve been working on.
You have
- Very good background in computers, programming and software development lifecycle
- Excellent language skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, application end users and commercial support officers
- Ability to listen sympathetically and understand incoming support tickets, comments and problems then interpret to both technical and non-technical audience
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Ability to prioritize and motivated to meet due dates
