Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues
- Working with developers to track down and identify issues on the variety of Apliman products
- Working with and assisting the technical support team during installations
- Testing company products (manual/automated testing) and reporting bugs
- Submitting detailed reports on the testing scenarios implemented
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Familiar with Mysql, Linux, Web services, Oracle and SQL Server
- Ability to work as a team member and individually
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong research and analytical skills, well organized, highly motivated
- Having IT Background: Format/installation and repair/troubleshooting of different operating systems
