Operational System Support - OMT - Lebanon

- Answer OMT agents calls & respond to their requests
- Provide remote support to OMT agents facing operating system related problems
- Activate, deactivate user’s accounts & reset their passwords
- Handle installation, configuration & removal of user’s machines applications
- Test applications when customization is applied
- Create new locations accounts to the system & close or suspend them
- Coordinate closely with the ICT Department on system related issues
- Issue memos
- Report common problems and mistakes to supervisor; recommend actions to be taken.

Skills
- BA in MIS, Business computer or Business Administration Management
- 0/2 years of system & application support experience or customer service
- Communication
- Customer Oriented/ Ability to deal with different types of customers
- Problem Solving
- Flexibility
- Accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
