- Developing and testing new requirements on CRM solution using MS Dynamic.
- Customizing and configuring the existing solution.
- Performing integration work between CRM and different banking systems.
- Fixing bugs and solving issues related to it.
- Writing technical related documents and providing assistance for implementation projects by deploying and configuring the CRM solution and providing the needed support.
Skills
- Bachelor in computer science or equivalent degree
- Experience in MS Dynamics is a must.
- Experience in .Net ( C# ) development.
- Experience in SQL server.
- Experience in integration using SSIS.
- Knowledge of other CRM products is a plus.
- Experience in Databases programming (preferably Oracle or Sybase).
- MS Dynamics certifications are mandatory ( at least 2 ).
- Experience in other MS products and tools (such as Sharepoint, Reporting Services, …) is a plus.
- Good business knowledge of CRM concepts.
- Knowledge in banking is a plus.
