- Describing the current state (As-Is) of business processes.
- Facilitating the design of a future state (To-Be) business processes, by describing the business strategy, and the organizational, functional, process, event, information, and other aspects of the business environment.
- Analyzing the gaps between the As-Is and To-Be business processes (PACOM).
- Develop common standards for business process documentation, including establishing a documentation maintenance procedure.
- Oversee, populate and maintain the business repository on an ongoing basis to help ensure it is accurate, complete, current, and in accordance with the methodology.
- Ensure compliance for anything (models, objects, standards, etc.) promoted to the business repository.
- Coordinate and train with other departments on the BPM tool use.
- Support the training and development of business process management concepts for maintenance of the taxonomy.
- Recommend standards and guidelines to promote reuse of existing business processes across the Gandour group of companies.
- Work closely with Business Process Transformation Office (BPTO) team members to provide business process management services for the enterprise.
- Assist in identification of current business processes, document them and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Perform data analysis (such as cycle time, cost etc.) to identify issues of concern.
- Support teams in the implementation of process improvement recommendations, including analysis and tracking.
- Ability to make an assessment about what BPM tools can and should accommodate and what it can't, based on existing business requirements.
- Create quality documents for management presentations, capturing completed analysis and presenting new ideas.
- Make presentations to all levels of the organization.
- Conduct successful interviews as part of business process improvement analysis.
- Act as unbiased facilitator of cross-functional teams.
- Gather, compile, analyze and document information regarding business processes.
- Work closely with business units and other project team members to understand business, design and functional requirements that drive quality technical solutions.
- Document business requirements in an accurate and concise fashion.
- Ability to make recommendations on how to best document business requirements for developing workflows in BPM model tools.
- Provide subject matter expertise in process excellence, including training and consultation.
- Support the organization in helping in alignment of the enterprise model with the business strategy and identifying business process improvement opportunities across the ecosystem. Coordinates with Enterprise Architecture on business process modeling.
- Assist in the extension of the business process repository and business process improvement methodology and tools as the company continues to evolve its sustainable model and broaden its process-oriented focus in the future.

Requirements
- Only Arab Nationals
- B.S. or higher degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science or related area
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Excellent PC skills including Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Power designer and well known BPM tools
- Strong skills in project management, written and verbal communications, team facilitation, presentations, problem solving and analysis.
- Understands various business environments and processes
- Understanding of financial analysis, business analysis and process improvement methodologies such as TQM, Six Sigma and Lean.
- Project Management/PMP certification (or in process of) is a plus
