Halian is actively looking for Instructional Designer who will be working with our partner one of the world’s largest IT Company based Doha, Qatar.
- Liaise between Vendor, SME's and C. A. in determining needs of the course and appropriate method of delivery.
- Design and develop eLearning content with guidance from the Content Authors.
- Design and develop Training support materials as designed by the Content Authors.
- Deliver the training to the Client trainers.
- Update training materials after the delivery and review processes.
- Work with Content Authors, Vendor trainers and SME's to design, create and structure online learning materials.
- Design and write training support materials for TTT and End users.
- Design and create interactive multimedia like video clips or web casts where appropriate.
- Design the interaction to assist with integrating virtual learning environment (VLE) components into Client's web content management system.
- Design and develop an appropriate method for Assessing Client's users' training needs.
- Design and create interactive tests and quizzes.
To be considered for any of the above roles your knowledge and skills MUST include:
- Expert knowledge of web authoring and web development tools.
- Adept knowledge of SCORM and CAPTIVATE.
- Can be able to start immediately.
- Must have awareness of website usability and understands privacy and confidentiality legislation.
- With very good organizational, presentation and creativity skills.
- At least 5 yrs. experience
