- Developing and testing new requirements on CRM solution using MS Dynamic.
- Customizing and configuring the existing solution.
- Performing integration work between CRM and different banking systems.
- Fixing bugs and solving issues related to it.
- Writing technical related documents and providing assistance for implementation projects by deploying and configuring the CRM solution and providing the needed support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in software development
- Experience in .Net ( C# ) development & SQL server
- Experience in integration using SSIS.
- Experience in Databases programming (Oracle or Sybase).
- Experience & certifications in MS Dynamics are must.
- Excellent understanding of CRM
