Digitall is seeking a highly talented and high-level PHP Developer for its Dubai based branch. Ideal candidates would want to be involved in providing innovative solutions, have a passion for back-end programming with expertise in databases and would like to see his/her work come alive on the web and mobile, in beautiful interfaces.
This individual is expected to be proficient in object-oriented programming with PHP or Ruby on Rails and MySQL and have a basic knowledge of HTML. Candidates must be intellectually curious, self-driven, highly motivated, passionate and productive.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of programming experience
- Expert level PHP and MySQL (LAMP)
- Expert in PHP 5.0 or above, WordPress, Joomla, CMS, E-commerce.
- Expert level Object Oriented Design, and MVC implementation
- Good understanding of AJAX, CSS, Javascript and JS libraries.
- Good understanding of W3C technologies like XML, XHTML.
- Experience working in a team development setting, using source code control
- Intermediate-level SQL syntax (JOIN, UNION, aggregation and conditional functions)
- Intermediate-level DB design (data normalization, foreign key constraints, indexes)
- Experience working with third-party APIs.
- Expertise building scalable systems and algorithms – web as well as mobile.
- Experience with both front end and back end development
