- Software design, development and delivery of one or more software subsystems
- Apply software design techniques to translate functional requirements to detailed design
- Participate in technical discussions; help drive key architectural and design decisions
- Maintenance of existing applications and implementing new requirements.
- Project implementation and providing support / maintenance for existing projects involving telephony integration.
- Program databases and Assist in database design
- Develop scripts and procedures
