A mid or senior iOS/Android developer is needed for Setelia, a French mobile app development firm based in Beirut.
Responsibilities
- Lead all app development life-cycle activities: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and publication on the relevant App Store.
- Work closely with our design team to produce high-quality-of-experience applications.
- Implement neat code and elegant UI.
- Contribute to tech discussions with clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Objective-C and Java.
- Has released several mobile apps into the App Store and Google Play.
- Strong knowledge of mobile OS coding guidelines and best practices.
- Solid understanding of Android and iOS platforms and their specificities.
- Experience in REST/JSON/XML.
- Experience in location awareness and push notifications.
- Autonomous and tech-savvy.
- Ability to elaborate innovative mobile test benches.
- Knowledge of.NET and web application architecture.
- Fluency in both written and oral communication in English
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML5, OpenGL, and PHP.
- Knowledge of BlackBerry OS (7.1 and older) and Windows Phone.
- Fluency in French.
