Mission
Improve the customers’ experience of MX quality perception of the assigned module through continuous quality control and coverage enhancement based on market evolution and customers’ use of the MX platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze test results of current versions under validation and follow up on identified issues (regressions, bugs, impacts…) with corresponding peers (Developers and Product Managers) till resolution
- Design and maintain automated test scenarios in collaboration with consultants, developers and quality automation based on customers feedback and best practices of platform use
- Increase and enhance coverage according to new developments in the platform and clients feedback
- Develop and support MX testing libraries in the integrated testing platform for internal and external clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and peers to ensure understanding of needs and requirements and constant feedback and visibility of testing coverage
- Suggest new ideas and approaches to enhance current processes and procedures
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to module leader and manager on progress of issues and tasks and escalate problems when necessary
- Assist in design, build and delivery of projects’ streams aiming at enhancing productivity, developing expertise or increasing clients’ satisfaction.
- Develop product and financial expertise through continuous learning i.e. e-learning, reading, on-the-job experience, embedment, knowledge sharing …
- Build and develop a solid network within Quality Assurance team and with consultants, product managers, developers …
Desired Skills and Experience
- Engineering degree (bachelor or masters) or equivalent
- 0/2 years’ experience
- Financial background is a plus
- English is a must. French a plus
- Knowledge in technical environments such as SQL, XML, Unix, Windows
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio…)
