Responsibilities
- Executing assigned project tasks (Designs, Installs, maintains data management systems, install and maintain operating system...)
- Executing pre-sales activities (such as demos, presentations… )
- Managing the support calls
- Preparing needed documentation (such as post-implementation, design… )
- Research & Development
Desired Skills and Experience
- CCE graduate or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Experience in messaging, Active Directory and Data Management solutions
- Windows Server Knowledge
- Experience in various operating systems, virtualization platforms and web browsers
- Good communication skills
- Team coherence
- Proficiency in English, Arabic, French
- Excellent time management skills
- Work professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and after working hours and deliver on time
