HTML5 and CSS 3
Building responsive web pages
Experience with Bootstrap 3 is a plus
Javascript - Front-end MVC frameworks such as Backbone or Angular are a plus
PHP - Experience with Laravel 4 is a plus
MySQL
UX/UI
Version control systems - Git a plus
Adobe Photoshop
Experience in Product or Project management
