- Gathering and analyzing information regarding user systems and requirements and develops or modifies automated systems to fulfill these needs.
- Advance assistance and supervision of the MIS Team in Supporting (help-desk and on-site technical support), diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, repairs, updating and Daily Data Quality Audit of CRM, TTT, intranet sites, Dial up and other software or any Projects assign to MIS Department.
- Oversee the performance of the systems to ensure data integrity; and reliability of automated tasks. Oversee the creation and maintenance of data onto MIS systems
- Administrating and supervising of new software, modules, utilities
- Oversees of updating and creating the Administrator and program documentation and user procedures and instructions and trouble shooting guides and administer staff in implementing new or modified programs and applications.
- Assist on Produce standard and analysis reports
- Coordinate with Software providers and follow up on related projects.
- Knowledge of CRM, VB.NET, Access, SQL SERVER, Crystal reports, MS Reporting Server, MS Project
Requirements
- Education: BS in Computer Science or MIS
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in an IT service desk environment, including experience of both software development and support (first-line and second-line support)
- Languages: Native Arabic and English
