Review current systems (Front End ǀ Back end)
- Evaluate and increase the Program's effectiveness
- Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
-Work closely with analysts, designers and staff
- Produce detailed specifications and write the program codes
- Test the product in controlled, real situations before going live
- Prepare Training Manuals for users
- Maintain the systems once they are up and running
- Devise possible solutions to anticipated problems
-React to problems and correct the program as necessary
- Adapt the program to new requirements, as necessary
- Work with "off the shelf" software, modify it and integrate it into existing network.
- Possess a creative personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, good work ethic, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with good communication skills
