Seeking a full-time talented Android Developer to join our in-house development team.
The Android developer will be in charge of the following:
- Developing, testing and debugging the mobile application
- Independently design, code, and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes
- Contribute to the design and implementation of databases
- Document changes or modifications to the application
- Monitoring and maintaining the application
- Proposing solutions to anticipated problems
Skills
- University Graduate (BS in Computer Engineering or Science, or equivalent)
- 1-2 years experience
- Very Strong knowledge in Java and Android SDK
- Experienced in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
- Up to date with new Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices
- High quality of code produced in terms of Readability / Reusability / Maintainability
- Willing to learn new technologies
- Experience in utilising RESTful Web Services
- Preferably good knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (JQuery)
- Knowledgeable in JSON data structure format
- Good reporting skills
- Good command of the English language
- Preferably knowledgeable about Android Apps performance optimization and memory management
- Preferably knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrumming
- A Good Team player
