Diwanee are currently looking for a talented Senior Web Developer to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop robust web based projects using Drupal, taking the lead on some streams
- Contribute to projects implementation, testing and releases
- Recommend code and design optimizations to improve the scalability of the applications and maximize performance
- Manage Junior Developers on the team and coach them
- Lead the documentation of new builds
- Interface with client technical teams, collect feedback and issues, and ensure they are resolved
- Work closely with the rest of the team, making constructive comments on code and design, and taking such comments well
- Stick to deadlines, and provide continuous improvement to code as you encounter it
- Produces well-versed clean code according to coding standards
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience writing web-based applications using PHP, AJAX and MySQL
- Strong understanding of MVC and OOP principles
- Frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
- More than 2 years of experience with XML
Any of the following skills is a plus:
- Experience with Magento
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with Drupal 6
- Experience with APIs (SOAP/REST)
- Experience with GIT
- Experience with Mobile Apps development
