Candidate Profile
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Good command of C# and ASP.NET
• Good command of HTML and JavaScript
• Good command of the Transact-SQL language
• Web Services
• Network and operating systems
• MS CRM knowledge is a plus
• Windows development is a plus
• 3 to 5 years of Experience in CRM (as Development/ Business Analysis/ Development and Support)

Job Duties
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs
• Gains understanding of customer’s needs and collaborates with consultants to complete design and testing documentation.
• Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed.
• Design, develop, and test system changes to meet business needs
• Create Custom entities, attributes, and relationships
• Create custom workflows actions and processes
• Develop plugins using vb.net and C#
• Create and modify SSRS reports based on client needs
• Write Client Side JavaScript customizations
• Write Server Side vb.net and asp.net customizations
• Provide support for end users
• Create SQL views, triggers stored procedures
• Integrate CRM with other ERP systems
• Assist for driving the effort to migrate the customers’ data sources into Microsoft’s sources, ensuring proper alignment of data models. Offers support on Microsoft tools for migration and integration.
• Assist our sales team by demonstrating how Microsoft Dynamics CRM will provide solutions to prospects and existing clients.
• Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
• Technical responses for RFP, RFQ.
• Facilitate discovery, design, development, and deployment activities.
• Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members.
• Manage and deliver project tasks, both external and internal.
• Perform requested customization of Dynamics CRM
• Assist in developing CRM best practices.
• Develop training material. Conduct ongoing training sessions.
• Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks.
• Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work.
• Become a subject matter expert on CRM
• Ability to work on multiple projects
