Front-end developer - Pranalytix - Lebanon
Pranalytix, a French company, is looking for its Lebanese branch, a senior front-end developer responsible of maintaining, enhancing and adding new features to its aid-decision tool based on big data, BI, AI and ML.
We are looking for an experience in object oriented JavaScript to build component to work for the web/mobile platform. You will be creating functional, appealing and user-friendly smart dashboards and widgets to drive the decision both for the analysts and the executives.
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Maintain the existing platform on Angular JS
- Decide on the new framework and technologies to adopt
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Maintain and Build new data visualization widgets (kpi, charts, pivot tables, pivot charts, data slicer, maps, ...)
- Maintain and Build new data manipulation widgets (Filter builder, Query designer, data discover, data mining, ...)
- Profile, troubleshoot and improve performance issues.
- Detect and fix Cross-browser compatibility issues.
Required Skills:
- Computer Science or relevant field
- 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Deep understanding of Angular JS, angular 5, react, HTML 5, bootstrap, CSS 3
- Experience with web-services
- Knowledge of git and building tools.
- Knowledge in charting tools (highcharts)
- Familiar with dashboards and BI concepts
Plus skills:
- UI/UX skills and wire-frame tools
- knowledge of design software (Photoshop, illustrator)
- SVG data visualization framework like D3js
- Knowledge in GIS
- Mobile framework like ionic
