The successful candidate will have strong hands on experience as a Senior Engineer / Manager of SQLSERVER and the Microsoft stack, together with experience of some of the following: consolidation, operational excellence / best practice, Utility or Cloud Computing. The client is looking to consolidate 500 servers - so much have large box experience. Ideally, you will be MVP qualified. This will be an initial 6 month assignment, but may extend as long as 18 months.
