The Database Systems Administrator is responsible for providing technical expertise for database design, development, implementation, administration, information storage and retrieval. He/she technically ensures well performing and highly secure software and provides technical support to users and IT personnel.

Key Accountabilities
- Assists and supports core users regarding their daily operational requirements.
- Executes pre-defined technical analysis and feasibility studies of users' needs and proposes integrated solutions with existing business applications.
- Implements and develops as required customized solutions as per the business needs with high quality standards.
- Reviews and writes documentation of technical implementations, creates and updates knowledge-base articles (latest solutions and Q&As), as well as maintains the updates of the system's different versions.
- Implements the developed objects and ensures their proper functioning and integration with legacy systems.
- Tests and ensures troubleshooting system software.
- Provides technical support on site and remotely to corporate users.
- Coordinates closely with the IT Business Analysis Unit.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent certificate of "MCPD" Web, "MCPD" Windows and "MCPD" Enterprise Applications.
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a related field.
- Experience in SQL server development and administration tools.
- Experience in Visual Studio development tools.
- Good knowledge of Business Applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability of collaboration with other units.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
