Perform the day-to-day ad placement, scheduling and updates for customers, including rich media ad placements using OpenX.
- Ensure that campaigns start and end on time and fully delivery all booked impression, including working with sales staff to ensure all creative materials are delivered on time.
- Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues.
- Maintain ad inventory forecasts and availability schedule and publish to sales team periodically; assist sales to resolve technical problems and answer questions on materials to be delivered.
- Advise/consult with ad salespeople regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting and campaign performance.
- Work closely with Sales to communicate campaign changes, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues and optimization.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports, and act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Digital departments to ensure optimization and accurate delivery for digital campaigns.
Experience with one or more Internet ad management or targeted marketing applications (e.g., openX, DoubleClick DART / DFP, 24/7 Real Media,Falk AdSolution, etc.) required. Deep openX experience required.
- Familiar with online advertising, marketing, and sales concepts and metrics with 2+ years supporting a sales organization.
- Attention to detail, thorough, accountability, excellent follow-through
- Keen understanding of ad campaign metrics and analysis including; CPM, CPC, and CPA.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management.
- Familiarity with HTML, Flash and various rich media advertising creative technologies.
- Acting as liaison between Ad Operations department, sales organization and all technical aspects
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent.
