Our service is an international platform loaded with highly innovative Web 2.0 functionalities and fully integrated with social networks (Facebook). We are an ambitious startup developed by proven entrepreneurs and experts in the industry, and funded by tier 1 VCs.
Our team is based in Paris, in a fast growing and very international environment (12 nationalities). We work primarily in English.

Responsibilities
Our demanding management has high ambitions, our creative product managers have imagination, and our talented and international development team is eager to execute. You will be responsible for channelling this talent towards building rapidly and efficiently very successful products as imagined by our product team.
You will establish and manage the processes that will enable our Ruby on Rails and Java development teams to achieve high effectiveness and maturity in how they operate. You will need to ensure that team members collaborate smoothly both within the team and in project context, and work to eliminate impediments that prevent the team from working as effectively as possible. You will facilitate all teamwork, especially communication within the development team and between the development and product teams. You will need to challenge and coach the team to get the team to achieve higher effectiveness. You will also ensure that the team continually improves its work to the point where it can be trusted to continue improving itself.
Profile
- 4-5 years successful hands-on Scrum Master experience - not someone who learnt it through books and seminars only
- Deep understanding of Agile and Lean (obviously)
- A rigorous manager who never lets go and charismatic leader who knows how to inspire
- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails and/or Java a clear plus
- Top-notch university degree reflecting very good analytical and logical skills
- Independent, entrepreneurial work style and "driver" mentality / track record as an entrepreneur
- Excellent communications skills on all organizational levels
- Perfect English, other European languages a plus
