Technical Support - Entelligence - Lebanon

Entelligence, a fast growing Lebanese Information Technology company is looking for a serious Technical Support personnel who will support the client in technical problems they may encounter in the operation of software, hardware, operating systems, applications, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Installs, tests, and maintains a variety of personal computing hardware and software systems, with local area network connections
- Performs diagnostic tests, modifies or repairs hardware
- Replaces hardware or software as needed
- Assists client in software and hardware problem resolution
- Logs calls and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames for the client
- Keeps up to date with current trends and is prepared to make recommendations
- Keeps customer log updated
- Follows support documentation.

Skills
- Support on Win2K / XP environment
- Support on Hardware PC
- Worked already on customer site
- A strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software
- Ability to follow manuals and read complicated instruction
- Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment including personal computers, printers, etc.
- Experience in a support capacity in a user-oriented environment
- Good communication skills
- Fast Learner
- Team worker
- Responsible

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the above tasks.
- Computer related University degree
- Motorized
- Willing to use his car for work requirements
- Willing and able to work flexible hours
- Not committed to an activity that might affect his working hours
- Living in the Beirut and suburbs area.
- Can start immediately or maximum in one month.

Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30
- Saturdays: according to work load
