Systems Analyst / Developer - FreeBalance - Lebanon

As a Systems Analyst/Developer at FreeBalance you will have the responsibility for assessing and analyzing all the software applications and database requirements for the e-services (e-forms, epayment, e-services, e-learning..), as well as writing and developing all the required databases, programs, reports, manuals, training and support documentation.

Responsibilities
- Designing and developing stored procedures based on functional requirements;
- Design and develop e-services system applications and create appropriate reports and documentation;
- Perform the development, enhancement and maintenance of e-services applications and reports utilizing various elements of development tools;
- Participate in all phases of full life-cycle development of the system, including requirements analysis, software design, software implementation, testing, deployment, training and user/administrator guide manual preparation;
- Employ best practices and a standardized IT methodology during the Analysis, Requirements and Detail Design phases;
- Execute and lead the preparation of all required documents, reports and outputs as required by the contract;
- Work closely with other team members and client representatives to meet the system requirements and functional objectives;
- Maintain the software application designs applicability and congruence to the business requirements.

Education and Experience
- University graduates in Computer Science, software/database or related computing related technology programs.
- 7+ years with system development life cycles.
- 3+ years of relevant experience system development/customization e-services web based applications including design specifications.
- In depth knowledge of understanding of the components of Web based architectures.
- Ability to translate business requirements and business rules into the application architecture.
- Demonstrate competency in business process modeling.
- Previous experience in designing and building web based e-services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in public sector considered an asset.
