Job Summary
Participates in all programs and enforces all policies relating to performance evaluations and career development planning. Mentors key technical staff and reviews status reports of Operation Manager and Senior RF and IP Engineer and addresses issues as appropriate. Enforces standard policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. Preferable at Masters level Technical Solution Development and Delivery
- Ten to fifteen years of experience
- RF Network Design and Optimization
- Radio Network Capacity Planning
- WIMAX Technology understanding
- Power System Design
- Operations & Maintenance
- PTP links Design & Interference Calculations
- Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills
- Experience in Wide and Local Area Network in medium to large scaled company.
- Cisco, Novell, Unix or Microsoft system administration experience.
- Knowledge in some or all of the following routed and routing protocols: TCP/IP, IPX, ATM, EIGRP, BGP, X25, Frame Relay
