Development Manager - Netways - Lebanon

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day field operations of the Technical teams
- Establishing and executing policies and procedures within the Technical Department.
- Planning and Executing E-Readiness plans.
- Setting the Guidelines, Best Practices to implement and deliver software related projects.
- Responsible for the hire of new teams, and develop their skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the techniques of a professional services / consultancy firm, public relations, communications or related field.
- Contributes to the overall performance of the firm by managing current staff / client relationships and programs, generating new business, recruiting, developing.
- To ensure that the objectives of the company, as agreed by the strategic management and to properly be carried out.
- Setting the Technical Vision of the Company and insure it is propagated to all technical Teams
- Object Oriented Thinking by driving team members to think Re-usable and Rapid Development Environment etc.
- Visionary by creating Vertical Solutions based on the platforms used by the technical teams.
- Embrace Microsoft Fast Paced Environment and Create Market Solutions.
- Differentiate Netways Offering and Solutions from the market.

Qualifications
- BA or BS in Computer Science or Engineering Degree
- MCAD.NET/MCSD.NET is a MUST
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing people.
- Proven Track Record in Managing Large Technical Teams.

- Solid technical experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET and related technologies
- Experience in VB.NET, C#, XML, XSLT, JavaScript and HTML
- Experience with relational database systems including MS SQL and Oracle
- Experience in integration, messaging and Service Oriented Applications
- Experience in UML and modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio
- Experience with general development practices such as writing unit tests, using source control, writing basic API documentation and following standards guidelines.
- The ability to analyze, design and document software applications
- Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECM)
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
- MCAD/MCSD is a Plus
- Knowledge in Microsoft Share Point Server, Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft CRM Server, Microsoft CMS or other servers from Microsoft is a Plus.
- Knowledge in MOSS 2007 is a Plus.
