- Ensures that all computer technology equipments run with minimum or no down time.
- Ensures that all software run with no output errors, no response time problems and according to specifications.
- Keeps accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased by the company.
Co-ordinates and reviews all new software development specific to the hotel. After consulting with the Controller, he or she decides whether to program the application in-house, use a third party, or use a turn-key package
- Monitors all computer technology contracts and supervises the activities of outside maintenance personnel, when they come to the company
- Follows company policies related to security and operation of computer system.
