Main Tasks
- Perform systems planning, support, maintenance, and enhancement in using a variety of software in all existing modules.
- Develop specific system features to satisfy end user needs.
- Develop, modify, and run special reports to help users in gaining time to obtain best results.
- Adapt software and documentation, perform testing, solve problems concerning the software .
- Test databases, correct errors, and make necessary, modifications.
- Provide user support, training, and problem resolution
- Importing / exporting data.
