Aheeva Lebanon is Looking For a software project manager. The selected candidate must lead, plan, execute, and finalize software projects according to strict deadlines and within budget- This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects on plan and within the quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Determine staffing requirements
- Hire and train new staff
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks, and devise contingency plans
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- monitor staff performance including performance reviews
Requirements
- University degree in Business or software Engineer
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the software development and telecommunication
- Minimum of 3 years in software project management.
- PMI or other project management experience and certifications
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Proven experience in risk management
- Proven experience in change management
- Experience in programming, Database and system design
