The Software QA Analyst performs hands-on verification and validation of Microsoft .Net software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products and projects- He/she develops and executes software test plans and writes/maintains automated test tools scripts, utilities, etc. The individual will analyze and write test standards/procedures that maintain the adherence to the company standards- The QA Analyst will also maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging/troubleshooting software and recommends corrective actions.
Additionally, the individual will analyze test results to ensure existing functionality complies within specifications and recommends corrective action on product defects. The individual will also consult with development engineers in the resolution of various issues and/or problems while taking a possible leadership role at a future date.
The prospect candidate will be going through requirements/documents, attending design meetings, participating in Agile/Scrum development environment (there will be daily stand-up meetings where they will be the scrum tester).

- Work with minimal supervision
- Must possess a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in carrying out functional testing
- Demonstrated knowledge in using Testing tools
- Demonstrated knowledge in testing web applications, especially Silverlight.
- Knowledge in testing WPF, WCF and WF projects is a big plus.
