The basic function of the Testing and Documentation Officer will be to assist with quality assurance, documentation, of PS products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand Testing Requirements Traceability
- Create and Maintain Test Plans, including test procedures and reports for the
- Conduct system, regression and performance testing
- Update Test and Integration Documentation and Reports
- Create and maintain Help Manuals, Quick Reference Guide and Quick Reference Checklist
- Create and maintain Release notes for the product installation and configuration
- Create and maintain Integration Notes, Troubleshooting Guides, and Product Specifications.
