To analyze, document and propose solutions for Zawya's online products and prepare business requirements and designs. The primary responsibility of this position involves working with product managers, potential users and IT resources to develop and produce high quality online information services and tools.
The candidate will work specifically on collecting, understanding, challenging, and transmitting business requirements. Candidate will also work closely with User Experience Team to translate requirements into a viable solution on Zawya
- Develop original ideas with product owners and users.
- Analyze, challenge, scope and design solutions.
- Identify client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
- Liaise with Technical Leads to perform content and technical due-diligence to identify technology solutions for all products.
- Document workflows and business processes and obtain sign offs from client.
- Be the link between business lines and Technology development teams.
- Liaise between different functions in the organization to ensure proper release of products.
- Create presentation materials to communicate products to both internal audiences and external customers.
Skills
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2/4 years of related experience.
- Experience in mailshot systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Ability to define world class solutions is a must.
- Outstanding analytical, technical, creative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with all levels of executives, management, and administrative staff.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities, ability to troubleshoot and provide feedback, guidance and solutions for product development plans a must.
- Strong interest and knowledge Technology and the digital world.
