Aheeva Lebanon is looking for software QA engineer. The selected candidate must test and evaluate the various aspects of a project in order to ensure that the standards of quality are being attained on multiple and concurrent projects such as advanced telecommunication and web applications for contact centers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the software test plan
- Write and execute Test Cases
- Prepare entire System testing plan
- Analyze requirements during the requirements analyses phase of the projects
- Arrange the Hardware and software requirements for the test Setup
- Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines, etc.
- Produce and prioritize bug reports
- Automate tests where appropriate
- Run load tests and cross-platform testing (Windows and Linux)
- Create and maintain documentation for user guides and system guides

Skills
- University degree in Software engineering, Computer science or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Quality Assurance or Development role
- Excellent communication skills required to document and report on defects and other software issues
- Understanding of the test lifecycle, methodologies and tools
- Functional UNIX (Linux) and Windows experience (including scripting and automation) required
- Experience with automation tools preferred
- Programming knowledge of C++/Java, PHP/SQL/VMware/Asterisk is an asset
