Head of Digital Media Planning - SearchPath Arabia - Lebanon

Responsible of the digital planning function primarily delivering work across all digital touch point, from brand digital to dynamic display and more precisely, he/she will be responsible for the creation and optimization of digital campaign plans, and for the analysis, interpretation, and communication of key campaign measures and strategic insights to clients.

Main duties
- Lead the planning and design of client digital Communication strategies
- Work to develop/implement media strategies, channel planning, and measurement plans across client digital activities and marketing programs
- Provide clients with meaningful insights to drive positive business results, measured against the key metrics you will have created and sustained
- Distill complex analytics into clear actionable recommendations that align with client communications objectives, and issue clear implementation guidelines and metrics to internal and external stakeholders
- Be an active participant in strategic planning. Acquire deep knowledge of the client’s business, competitive landscape, products, and key business issues to tailor recommendations accordingly
- Sharing knowledge and coaching other team members on all digital issues.
- Will cooperate and work with the social media team and the brand management team to help drive connected thinking across the business, and create better experience for the consumer.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Relevant university degree (business – economics – engineering)
- 4+ years hands-on experience in digital planning.
- Digital planning experience gained agency side
- An understanding multi-channel customer journeys and how digital can enhance and enrich the overall experience
- An understanding of dynamic communications and rich media display
- Experience of planning social media activity and how it synergizes with the overall digital experience
- Must have a keen interest in digital data analysis, including a thorough understanding of online metrics, web terminology and measurement principles with the ability to relate digital back to strategic business objectives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
