Plan and execute the production of Murex products to ensure the delivery to our clients on time and with the right level of quality
Responsibilities
- Create and execute product plans for projects implementing our products with proven ability to effectively deal with multiple projects
- Track the validation and convergence of features aimed to be delivered into our products releases, by launching automatic tests and following up on identified issues (regressions, bugs, impacts…) with corresponding peers (Developers and Product Managers) till resolution
- Manage risks and mitigation's accordingly
- Facilitate the communication between consultants on one side and the quality department on the other side in order to ensure that all parties are aligned
- Design and maintain validation procedures in collaboration with consultants, developers and release management based on customers need. Suggest new ideas and approaches to enhance current processes and procedures
- Identify and resolve and/or escalate in a timely fashion issues within the product team, to ensure projects are on target to meet their product deadlines
- Formalize & share lesson-learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful elements and build-up best practices
Desired Skills and Experience
- Engineering degree (bachelor or masters) or equivalent
- 0/2 years’ experience in engineering preferably in software industry
- Knowledge in technical environments such as SQL, XML, Unix, Windows and in MS Office
- Knowledge in Programming language (C, Java, …) & in market finance (bonds, options, accounting, risk management, …) is a plus
- English is a must and French is clear plus
