- Provide instruction or on-the-job training for staff on the use of CRM or any computer applications supported by MISQA Division
- Maintain, upgrade, repair, customize daily Data Quality Audit of CRM
- Assist with diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving problems with software, and database
- Assist on gathering and analyzing information regarding user systems and requirements and develops or modifies automated systems to fulfill these needs
- Support, and develop new software, modules, utilities, Projects and program logic and processing steps
- Produce standard and analysis reports
- Perform customer satisfaction feedback-campaigns
Skills:
- VB.NET, Access, SQL Server, Crystal reports, MS Project, MS Reporting Services.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of Hardware and Workstation software
- Hard-working, team player, fast-learning person
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Good knowledge in web programing, web services, Javascript, Sales Cycle, CRM systems, Project management
- Knowledge in ERP systems and Dynamics CRM or SalesForce is a plus
- Good knowledge in Reporting and analytical tools
Requirements
- Education: BS in Computer Science or MIS
- Experience: 4 to 6 years experience on software development and support
- Languages: English and Arabic
