- Performs installations, setup workstation, maintenance, relevant training, and user support. Install new releases of Windows and software updates. Virus updates
- Manages and maintain the internal servers, ensuring that each server has 100% uptime
- Monitor system logs and activity on all servers and devices. Troubleshoots problems with networks, computers, and servers
- Administration of Exchange server (create users, remove users, groups, mails…), collocated servers
- Monitor and perform Backups of servers. Daily and weekly servers backup
- Technical/Servers room tidiness
- LAN Security
- Manage internal IPs, DHCP and internal VPN servers
- Documentations and guides detailing the severs OS, installations, updates, troubleshooting, servers locations, names, server room diagram, security diagram
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Security and Systems Administration
- Languages: Native Arabic and English
